Of course, the one and only Alpha and Omega – beginning and end – is Jesus the Christ.
With that in mind, I’d like to share two upcoming alpha and omega events.
Good Friday falls on March 25th this year – a day normally known as the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary – the date Christ became incarnate in Mary’s womb. March 25th is also Good Friday – the day Christ died for our sins and the only reason He became incarnate. Here we have a complete alpha and omega moment.
The Sunday that follows Easter is known as Divine Mercy Sunday, a day where the floodgates of mercy are opened to the world. It’s a Catholic devotion based on the apparitions of a nun in Poland in the 1930’s. The date of Divine Mercy falls on April 3rd this year. Interestingly, April 3rd is also believed to mark the actual date of Good Friday. So, we have another alpha and omega moment that will encompass that date.
Too much has happened in the heavens and on earth to believe everything is not about to change. Our world has become a caldron of disorder, but in the spiritual realm order is becoming more and more conspicuous.
As the iconic, Divine Mercy painting of Jesus states – ‘Jesus, I trust in You.’
